If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services. --- # About Womketing Womketing is a strategic consulting practice specializing in consumer brands across Mexico and LATAM. Our services include market entry strategy, brand positioning, product launch planning, commercial strategy, growth consulting, and executive advisory. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services provided by Womketing are advisory in nature and are intended to support strategic decision-making. --- # Use of This Website You may use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: * Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission. * Copy or replicate Womketing's methodologies, frameworks, service structure, proprietary processes, presentations, or written materials. * Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to extract, reproduce, or repurpose website content without authorization. * Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of this website. --- # Intellectual Property All content available on this website—including but not limited to text, branding, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, presentations, proprietary processes, service descriptions, downloadable materials, and strategic models—is the exclusive intellectual property of Womketing unless otherwise stated. No license or ownership rights are granted through the use of this website or participation in any Discovery Session. --- # Discovery Sessions *Discovery Sessions are designed to provide strategic guidance based on the information voluntarily shared by the client. *Payment is required in advance to confirm the reservation. *Discovery Sessions are non-refundable. *Clients may reschedule their Discovery Session up to three (3) times within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date, provided that at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice is given before the scheduled session. *After the third rescheduling or after thirty (30) calendar days have elapsed, whichever occurs first, the session will expire without refund. *Failure to attend a scheduled Discovery Session without prior notice will be considered a "No Show." In such cases, the session will be deemed completed, no refund will be issued, and a new Discovery Session must be purchased to schedule another appointment. *Participation in a Discovery Session does not create an ongoing consulting relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee future engagement between the parties. --- # Confidentiality Womketing treats all client information shared during Discovery Sessions and consulting engagements as confidential and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information except where required by law or authorized by the client. Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, disclose, or commercially use Womketing's proprietary methodologies, strategic frameworks, presentations, documents, or confidential materials without prior written consent. Where highly confidential business information is expected to be shared, Womketing may require the execution of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the session. --- # Session Recordings Discovery Sessions may be recorded with the client's prior consent for internal documentation, quality assurance, and reference purposes. Recordings remain the property of Womketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. --- # Professional Disclaimer Womketing provides strategic consulting services only. Nothing contained on this website or communicated during any Discovery Session constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or regulatory advice. Clients remain solely responsible for all business decisions made based on recommendations provided by Womketing. --- # Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Womketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, Discovery Sessions, or consulting services. Strategic recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the engagement.
